We’re a small, gluten-free microbakery rooted in the easygoing spirit of Gruene, Texas. Everything we bake is made in small batches with thoughtfully chosen ingredients and a whole lot of care. No gluten, wheat, soy, corn, artificial dyes, or seed oils—just honest baking done the slow, intentional way.
Some people eat gluten-free because they need to. Others because they feel better without it. And some just want baked goods that aren’t loaded with unnecessary extras. We bake for all of them.
Our goal isn’t to make “health food.” It’s to make bread, biscuits, cookies, cakes, and cozy treats that feel like the real thing—because they are.
